Afternoon sessions:

The school gates open at 8.45am. The children do not line up on the yard but instead come straight into school between 8.45am and 9am.
Late arrivals must enter through the main entrance and report to the school secretary. A record will be kept of all children entering school after 9am which may be requested by the Educational Welfare Officer.
Wrap Around Care
Beamish Primary School is one of England's Breakfast Clubs Early Adopter Schools. This means we have full funding to provide a free breakfast club with childcare from 8.15am to 8.45am everyday. Alongside a delicious breakfast we have supervised play activities including Lego, card games, colouring etc, as well as access to our OPAL play yard.
Our breakfast menu changes daily, and includes; crumpets, bagels toast, jam and honey, selection of cereal, yogurts, fresh fruit, fruit pots, fruit juices and milk. We welcome all children from 3 years old to 11 years old.
For a small fee, Beamish also offers an additional breakfast club from 7.45am to 8.15am. We also offer our Teatime Club, costing £3.50 per day, where pupils will be provided with a small snack and activities running until 4:15pm.
